As a volunteer producer at Room 303 Radio, you keep the studio alive and kicking. You’re the welcoming face who opens the studio door to our hosts, the helpful presence who guides them through the process of broadcasting their show, and the watchful eye who ensures that everything is running smoothly while we are live on air. You will get to meet talented radio hosts and artists from all over Tokyo, Japan, and around the world, and experience new sounds and ideas every week at the studio. Responsibilities • Assist with the setup and technical operation of radio shows (audio mixing, live streaming, recording). (Producing a show) • Support in managing and maintaining studio equipment. • Help organize and archive recorded shows for future use. • Engage with guest artists, ensuring smooth show execution.
Requirements: • Basic knowledge of music production, live streaming, or audio engineering. • Familiarity with DJ and broadcasting equipment is a plus. • Interest in underground music, radio, and event production. • Japanese (required), English (preferred). • Available to commit to a regular weekly 4hr shift producing radio shows at the R 303 studio in Shinjuku (map)

主な業務 • 番組制作: ラジオ番組のセットアップや技術的な運営（オーディオミキシング、ライブ配信、録音）をサポート • 機材管理: スタジオ機材の管理・メンテナンスをサポート • アーカイブ作業: 収録済みの番組を整理し、将来的な活用のために保存 • ゲスト対応: アーティストや出演者と連携し、スムーズな番組進行をサポート
応募条件 • 音楽制作、ライブ配信、または音響技術の基本的な知識 • DJ機材や放送機器の使用経験があれば尚可 • アンダーグラウンド音楽、ラジオ、イベント制作への関心 • 日本語（必須）、英語（できれば尚可） • 新宿のR 303スタジオ（地図）にて、ラジオ番組制作のための週1回4時間の定期的なシフト勤務が可能であること
