About the Role:

The SNS Intern will assist the full-time staff in managing and creating content for the radio station’s social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about music, digital content, community engagement, and building relationships in person in the studio.

Responsibilities

• Support full-time staff in the studio once a week, meeting guests and capturing content.
• Assist in content creation and posting on Instagram.
• Film and edit one reel per week.
• Create and post the weekly show schedule (one per week).
• Assist archive scheduling and posting, selecting and featuring shows across platforms

Requirements

• Basic content creation skills (filming, editing).
• Familiarity with Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Interest in music, radio, and digital marketing.
• Japanese (required), English (preferred)

Hours and remuneration

• Max 10 hours per week
• ¥40,000 per month

SNSインターンは、ラジオ局のソーシャルメディア運営・コンテンツ制作をサポートするポジションです。音楽やデジタルコンテンツ、コミュニティの成長に興味があり、スタジオでの対面での関わりを大切にできる方に最適な役割です。

主な業務

• スタジオでのサポート: 週に1回、ゲスト対応やコンテンツ撮影を担当
• コンテンツ制作: Instagram向けの投稿作成・編集
• 動画編集: 週1本のリール動画を撮影・編集
• 番組スケジュール作成: 週1回、放送スケジュールの投稿
• アーカイブのスケジューリングと投稿をアシストし、各プラットフォームで番組を選び、紹介する

応募条件

• 基本的なコンテンツ制作スキル（撮影・編集）
• InstagramをはじめとしたSNSの運用経験
• 音楽、ラジオ、デジタルマーケティングへの興味関心
• 日本語（必須）、英語（できれば尚可）

勤務条件・報酬

• 勤務時間: 最大10時間／週
• 給与: 月額 ¥40,000
