Job Description
We’re looking for a creative and driven individual to help produce radio shows for our station. This role focuses on showcasing underground Japanese music, hosting visiting artists, and helping grow our station’s community and audience.

当放送局では、ラジオ番組の制作を手伝ってくれるクリエイティブで意欲的な人材を探しています。アンダーグラウンドな日本の音楽を紹介し、来日アーティストをホストし、当放送局のコミュニティと聴衆の拡大に貢献することが主な仕事です。
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all shows produced meet a high-quality standard.
- Develop and grow a community radio station that highlights underground Japanese music and features visiting artists.
- Manage show schedules and handle the processing and archiving of shows for various music platforms.
- Collaborate with regular hosts to curate a diverse lineup of artists representing the range of music scenes in Tokyo and Japan.
- Work with the marketing and social media teams to expand our listener base and increase station visibility.
- Lead and coordinate a team of producers and technical support staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Tech Skills
- Comfortable using a variety of streaming, design, and cloud-based tools (OBS, Notion, Figma, Canva, etc.).
- Interest in or experience with audio-visual equipment, livestreaming, DJ gear, and mics.
Language
- Fluent in Japanese (must).
- Confident conversational English skills.
Interests
- Passion for music, radio, and production.
- Actively engages with music as a hobby.
Other
- Flexible schedule (not a typical 9-5 job).
Compensation & Benefits
- ¥220,000-240,000 per month ＊Experience dependent (5 days a week, 8 hours a day + 15 hours of fixed overtime included).
- 50% discount at WPÜ Cafe.
- 5 free nights per year at WPÜ.
- Travel expenses covered.

- 日本のアンダーグラウンド音楽を発信し、国内外のアーティストを迎えるコミュニティラジオの成長を支える。
- 番組のスケジュール管理から、配信やアーカイブ作業まで、さまざまな音楽プラットフォーム向けの運営を担当する。
- A+R業務として、レギュラーホストと連携し、東京および日本各地の多様な音楽シーンを反映したアーティストのラインナップを企画・編成する。
- ソーシャルメディアやマーケティングチームと連携し、ラジオのリスナー層を拡大し、より多くの人々にリーチする。
- プロデューサーチームや技術サポートメンバーと連携し、制作チーム全体の運営を調整する。
応募条件
テクノロジーに精通していること
- ソフトウェア: Notion、Figmaなどのツールを扱えること
- ハードウェア: ストリーミング機器、映像・音響機器、DJ機材、マイクの操作経験があること
言語スキル
- 日本語: 必須
- 英語: 日常会話レベル以上（自信を持ってコミュニケーションできること）
興味・関心
- 音楽、ラジオ、制作が好きなこと
- 趣味として音楽に積極的に関わっていること
その他
